A global life sciences company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Relations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist with compiling documentation required for litigation
- Assist with coordination and delivery of training for leaders
- Participate in various employee relations projects and activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues
- HR experience and interest in employee relations
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
- Ability to problem solve with minimal guidance but willingness to ask for help if appropriate
- Good prioritization skills and ability to focus on time-sensitive issues
- Ability to ask probing questions to ensure detailed and accurate information is placed into the case details
