Job Summary

A management consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Relations Specialist in Silver Spring.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing workplace inquiries into allegations of harassment prohibited by Federal law
• Interviewing employees and supervisors, and collecting and analyzing facts for cases
• May serve as a lead investigator and conducting investigations independently

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel may be involved
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Employee Relations functions
• Sound interview techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
