Job Summary
A management consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Relations Specialist in Silver Spring.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing workplace inquiries into allegations of harassment prohibited by Federal law
- Interviewing employees and supervisors, and collecting and analyzing facts for cases
- May serve as a lead investigator and conducting investigations independently
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel may be involved
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Employee Relations functions
- Sound interview techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
