Job Summary
A demand generation and customer-engagement services company is in need of a Remote Employee Relations Specialist in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Liaise with GHRC team members, corporate and operations personnel to research and gather documentation necessary to perform compliance audits
- Provide intake and administrative assistance with completing detailed examinations of and resolution to employee relations matters and Anti-fraud hotline contacts
- Support all employment litigation, agency investigation matters, and HR compliance projects including document collection and organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's degree and two years Human Resources experience and/or training (or equivalent education/experience); Bachelor's degree preferred
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to use business sense, interpersonal and verbal communication skills to create and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Initiative: Ability to balance multiple priorities, take initiative, and work well independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Dependability: Ability to carry out direction, respond to feedback, and commit to putting in extra time when necessary to reach goals
- Quality: Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and always be looking for ways to improve and promote quality
