An eCommerce company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Screening Services Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining living org structures to map to centralize Workforce Staffing resources and leaders
  • Cultivating strong and effective relationships with tech, compliance, program, and operational teams
  • Creating SOPs to support change management and implementation across the US Consumer Field hiring program

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting and/or hiring processes
  • Demonstrated experience with change management or process implementation
