Job Summary
An eCommerce company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Screening Services Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining living org structures to map to centralize Workforce Staffing resources and leaders
- Cultivating strong and effective relationships with tech, compliance, program, and operational teams
- Creating SOPs to support change management and implementation across the US Consumer Field hiring program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting and/or hiring processes
- Demonstrated experience with change management or process implementation
