Job Summary
An advertising agency has a current position open for a Remote Employee Services Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the point-of-contact for candidates and new hires
- Manage the onboarding process and experience
- Manage the offboarding process for both regular employees and freelancers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years work experience in relevant Human Resources functions
- Always thinking of new initiatives to improve the employee experience
- Ability to learn new topics quickly
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and use utmost discretion
- Google suite skills
