Job Summary

An advertising agency has a current position open for a Remote Employee Services Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as the point-of-contact for candidates and new hires
  • Manage the onboarding process and experience
  • Manage the offboarding process for both regular employees and freelancers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years work experience in relevant Human Resources functions
  • Always thinking of new initiatives to improve the employee experience
  • Ability to learn new topics quickly
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and use utmost discretion
  • Google suite skills
