Remote Employees Relations Advisor

Job Summary

A food service management and support services family of companies is in need of a Remote Employees Relations Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Interpreting and explaining company policies
• Providing guidance to Managers in performance management, coaching and conflict resolution
• Investigating Employee Relations issues reported by Associates or Managers

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or
• Equivalent degree / equivalent related experience
• Two + years’ experience as an HR representative or
• Generalist in a large company or supporting a line Business Unit
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
