Job Summary
An employee benefits company is in need of a Remote Employer Account Executive.
Must be able to:
- Identify and secure new large accounts
- Differentiate the complete suite of products designed for large client accounts
- Manage and sell to HR, VP and C-level Executives as well as key influencers within each account
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to Corporate Headquarters in Charleston will be necessary for training and site visits
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Sales and/or HR/Benefits Administration sales
- Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in proactively identifying and closing new account opportunities in an assigned market
- Ability to manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, etc.
- Experience in cultivating relationships with existing accounts
