  • Responding to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment status
  • Working with various types of member correspondence

Required Skills:

  • High school education / GED or higher OR equivalent years of work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas
