Job Summary
An e-learning company is filling a position for a Remote Employer Partnership Representative in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Placing 70% of students with an employer partner within 90 days of placement eligibility
- Preparing and presenting our partnership proposals to prospective employers
- Making a high number of daily discovery calls to prospective employer partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in recruitment, business development, or sales
- Experience facilitating presentations via webinar or online environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
