Job Summary

A digital mental healthcare company is in need of a Remote Employers and Member Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

• Increase awareness and reach, drive enrollment and engagement for company services among Employer accounts
• Drive adoption of our communication’s best practices for Employers
• Develop and execute employee-facing campaigns utilizing a variety of channels

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B2C marketing
• Passion for mental health, commitment to our vision of a world where everyone is kind to their mind, and alignment with our cultural values
• Ability to identify out-of-the-box ideas drawn from quantitative and qualitative insights and see them through to execution
• Ability to use data to monitor, report, and glean insights to make informed recommendations
