Job Summary
A media company has an open position for a Remote Employment and Compliance Legal Affairs Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Provide hands-on legal counsel to all levels of the company
- Develop, update, and implement employment policies
- Draft and review key employment contracts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed to practice as an attorney in the location where they will work
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment
- Concentration in and enthusiasm for employment law and counseling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including great attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Great multi-tasker with excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize as necessary to effectively meet deadlines
