Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Employment and Disputes Senior Counsel in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advise on and manage employment-related investigations, disputes, and litigation.
- Research relevant labor, employment, and compliance topics
- Manage outside counsel
Qualifications for this position include:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and member in good standing in any state bar
- Ability to research and resolve complex legal issues
- 6+ years of relevant experience, with substantive labor and employment law experience
- Experience conducting or assisting with internal investigations and performance issues
