Job Summary
A home services company has a current position open for a Remote Employment and Litigation Assistant General Counsel Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the lead legal team member responsible for handling all HR and employment related matters
- Advising and overseeing employment and other litigation matters and disputes more generally
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience analyzing and providing advice on state, federal, and local wage and hour compliance
- Strong employment and litigation background
- Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving, tempered by an appreciation of legal complexity and risk
- 12+ years of experience practicing either in-house or at a national law firm
- J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar, active bar license in good standing
- Extensive Employment and Litigation experience
