Job Summary

A company that provides real estate services has an open position for a Remote Employment Associate General Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide advice and counseling on a broad spectrum of employment law issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage projects with a team-oriented approach
• Evaluate employment practices, policies, and processes to assess and execute priorities, and ensure compliance

Qualifications Include:

• JD from an accredited law school, and member of the Bar (in good standing) in the state in which you will work
• 12+ years employment experience in a major law firm, an in-house legal department, or a combination of both
• Experience managing and building a team
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a growing legal team
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and superior attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate risk in light of business and practical considerations and make clear recommendations
