Job Summary
A technology company specializing in solutions for public safety has a current position open for a Remote Employment Brand Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and delivering strategic plans, roadmaps, and KPI’s to drive employee brand value proposition
- Acting as a strategic storyteller by engaging with global employees and teams
- Owning engaging and consistent communications and content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Four or more years of experience in digital marketing
- Four or more years of experience leading employer branding
- Exceptional storyteller with outstanding writing skills, as well as prior experience developing content marketing
- Established relationships with potential employer branding partners, eg. platforms or branding organizations
- Ability to gather and leverage metrics
