Job Summary

A technology company specializing in solutions for public safety has a current position open for a Remote Employment Brand Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and delivering strategic plans, roadmaps, and KPI’s to drive employee brand value proposition
  • Acting as a strategic storyteller by engaging with global employees and teams
  • Owning engaging and consistent communications and content

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Four or more years of experience in digital marketing
  • Four or more years of experience leading employer branding
  • Exceptional storyteller with outstanding writing skills, as well as prior experience developing content marketing
  • Established relationships with potential employer branding partners, eg. platforms or branding organizations
  • Ability to gather and leverage metrics
