Job Summary

A company that operates a network of freestanding veterinary hospitals needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employment Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Actively & strategically support management of management of disputes & commercial & employment litigation matters
  • Provide advice & strategic support to People Services & Operations leaders across the company on a range of employment law issues
  • Research & advise Operations leaders on a wide variety of potential legal issues that may arise from daily operations

Required Skills:

  • Law degree from accredited law school
  • Member in good standing of the State Bar of CA
  • OR member in good standing with another State Bar and registered as in-house counsel
  • Minimum 3+ years of in-house or law firm litigation experience
