A leading educational technology and publishing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employment Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing guidance on a variety of employment law matters
- Negotiating and managing any employment-related disputes
- Advising on employee agreements, including related to potential new hires
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to communicate advice clearly through written and oral communications
- Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment with integrity at all times
- Highly organized with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and prioritize work appropriately
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law/Member of the Bar in at least one state
- 5+ years of substantive employment law experience either in a law firm or a corporate legal department
