- Building relationships with business-team counterparts and identifying ways to improve and evolve employment practices as needed
- Driving compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations
- Providing practical and actionable guidance on employment matters
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years legal experience with US employment law, preferably experience with California employment law
- Project management aptitude and experience
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to effectively complete projects with minimal oversight
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment in a growing global organization
- Knowledge of and comfort and skills to research and interpret applicable statutes, rules, and regulations
- A high level of deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and information analysis skills
