A pioneering technology and marketing services company has a current position open for a Remote Employment Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building relationships with business-team counterparts and identifying ways to improve and evolve employment practices as needed
• Driving compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations
• Providing practical and actionable guidance on employment matters

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3-5 years legal experience with US employment law, preferably experience with California employment law
• Project management aptitude and experience
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to effectively complete projects with minimal oversight
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment in a growing global organization
• Knowledge of and comfort and skills to research and interpret applicable statutes, rules, and regulations
• A high level of deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and information analysis skills
