A legal company is seeking a Remote Employment Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and conducting training and education programs
- Conduct audits, employment classification reviews, and support other compliance efforts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of employment law experience, with an emphasis on California employment matters
- J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar (preferably California)
- A specialist in CA employment law
