Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employment Legal Counsel, Employment.
Must be able to:
- Provide advice and counsel to management and Human Resources professionals
- Advise on complex/sensitive employee relations matters and help resolve matters
- Draft and negotiate employment, settlement and termination agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of combined experience practicing in-house and/or at a reputable law firm.
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree.
- Admitted to/member of a state bar.
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent writing skills, communication, and presentation skills
