Job Summary

An HR platform is filling a position for a Remote Employment Sales Compensation and Strategic Planning Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead our Sales Compensation function, which designs and administers variable incentives for all quota-carrying roles
  • Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to identify ways to improve business execution
  • Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver against key priorities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of success leading in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or a business operations function
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a people manager
  • Strong command of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes with senior leadership
  • Strong and highly strategic problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects
