Job Summary
An HR platform is filling a position for a Remote Employment Sales Compensation and Strategic Planning Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead our Sales Compensation function, which designs and administers variable incentives for all quota-carrying roles
- Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to identify ways to improve business execution
- Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver against key priorities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of success leading in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or a business operations function
- 2+ years of professional experience as a people manager
- Strong command of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
- Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes with senior leadership
- Strong and highly strategic problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects
