Job Summary

A foodservice and support services company is seeking a Remote Employment Screening Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Follow prescribed background check process to insure compliance with policy, laws and other regulations
  • Answer incoming phone and email-based inquiries from managers and HR field associates
  • Review background results provided by organizations background vendor

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, emphasis in Human Resources Management preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 year’s prior HR Generalist/ HR Analyst experience in a multi-state, multi-unit environment
  • Strong analytical skills, can quickly analyze situations and clearly articulate what needs to be done
  • Able to query data and generate basic reports and manipulate data in Excel and Access is required
  • Intermediate/Advanced Access and Excel skills
