Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employment Senior Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Investigating complaints of unfair or inappropriate treatment of employees
• Managing outside counsel on employment related matters and litigation
• Assisting in developing, reviewing, and revising employment related policies and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• JD and active license to practice law
• 5-7 years of employment law experience advising on a breadth of topics from regulatory advice to managing contested matters required
• Experience supporting international business operations
• Strong drafting/negotiating skills required
