A marketing and advertising technology company is seeking a Remote Enablement and Sales Development Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evangelizing account based sales development approach adoption across team
  • Owning data-driven SDR team performance reporting and actionable insights
  • Leading ongoing hiring, mentoring, development and career pathing for SDR team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A natural teacher who enjoys understanding and facilitating the different ways people learn
  • You have been a top-performing, quota-carrying seller, account manager, SDR or SDR manager
