Job Summary
A information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enablement Training Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Apply experience as an eductor to conduct instructor-led virtual training, workshops, individual training sessions
- Assist with content development, design, evaluation, and enrich courses with visual aids
- Monitor employee performance, completion rates, and response to training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BSc/BA in education, business, HR, or relevant field
- 2+ years of proven experience as a trainer in a Customer Care department
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems, Camtasia, Snagit, Google Suite and more
- Ability to facilitate a full training cycle
- Phenomenal written & verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
