Job Summary

A publicly held property and casualty insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Encompass Catastrophe Inside Property Adjuster.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Communicating empathetically with customers and helping them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
• Conducting a detailed review of the property and writing an estimate to capture the extent of the damages
• Using high resolution photographs provided by virtual imagery and advanced video technology to identify damages and write a damage estimate

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 4+ years of property estimating/adjusting and 5+ years of customer service experience
• Prior experience using estimating software like Xactimate
• Value providing an effortless customer service experience
• Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Are known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
