Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Encompass Solutions Consultant .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting new & existing customers with implementing, enhancing or expanding their Encompass site
- Becoming proficient with the Encompass software platform as subject matter expert
- Developing positive client relationships, driving client product adoption and success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be comfortable interacting with customer and company staff at all levels
- Understand and adhere to established project management policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of web-based programming concepts, including HTML and CSS and database concepts
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
