Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Encounter Submissions Lead in Kansas City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Execute product strategy, messaging, and launch of products and solutions that support the company’s overall strategy and goals
  • Perform market research to identify trends and recommend new solutions
  • Collaborate with other product solutions managers for industry-segment solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience
  • OR Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience,
  • OR 8 years equivalent work-related experience
  • 8+ years formal product management experience; healthcare consulting, health plan payer, or product related experience in a healthcare technology company
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with health plans on encounter submissions for all product lines
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with health plans on risk adjustment programs for all product lines
