Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Encounter Submissions Lead in Kansas City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Execute product strategy, messaging, and launch of products and solutions that support the company’s overall strategy and goals
- Perform market research to identify trends and recommend new solutions
- Collaborate with other product solutions managers for industry-segment solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience
- OR Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience,
- OR 8 years equivalent work-related experience
- 8+ years formal product management experience; healthcare consulting, health plan payer, or product related experience in a healthcare technology company
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with health plans on encounter submissions for all product lines
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with health plans on risk adjustment programs for all product lines
