Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote End User Computing Customer Success Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing assigned customers and serving as the first line of contact
  • Driving resolution of problems or critical issues for assigned customers
  • Proactively taking actions for customers below threshold health score

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of customer success experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex customer relationships
  • Proven record of driving issues to resolution with great customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects and deadlines simultaneously
