Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote End User Computing Customer Success Manager in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing assigned customers and serving as the first line of contact
- Driving resolution of problems or critical issues for assigned customers
- Proactively taking actions for customers below threshold health score
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of customer success experience
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex customer relationships
- Proven record of driving issues to resolution with great customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects and deadlines simultaneously
