Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Energy Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the bill administration process for all utility accounts
- Providing energy data processing and energy analysis to examine energy consumption and spend patterns
- Acting as key contact to third party bill pay administrators and primary liaison with utility companies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- Ability to effectively present information
