Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Energy and Sustainability Life Sciences Sector Leader Managing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for identifying scope growth opportunities with existing clients
- Identifying and reviewing Life Science solicitations
- Providing leadership and advice in relation to a range of environmental, sustainability and asset management aspects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university
- Familiarity with Life Science regulations and compliance
- Experience identifying and implementing sustainability programs
- Experience with EV, renewables, decarbonization, asset management and energy programs
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
