Job Summary
A commercial real estate services has an open position for a Remote Energy and Sustainability Project Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for setting own project deadlines
- Assisting project team in project close-out procedures
- Preparing routine and special client reports as required
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study.
- 2 years project-administrative, database management and/or performance reporting experience
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions
- Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
