Job Summary
A clean energy company is in need of a Remote Energy Customer Success Associate.
Must be able to:
- Be the first point of contact with customers, understanding their concerns
- Leverage both phone and email to clearly communicate value proposition to customers
- Assist with execution of customer communication, onboarding, and education initiatives
