Job Summary
An energy efficiency solutions company has an open position for a Remote Energy Efficiency Solution Capital Market Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with investor network in the marketplace
- Oversee creation and the evolution of the group’s capital markets strategy
- Support the sales function around deal structuring and pricing/modeling
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience working on origination, business development and capital markets for project finance or energy services business
- History of leading complex transactions with customized legal and financial structuring
- Excellence in navigating transactions that include 3rd party funding providers
- Understanding of a wide variety of structures including energy financing
- Tremendous analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self starter with comfort around origination and fee income targets
