Remote Energy Manager

Job Summary

A real estate company is in need of a Remote Energy Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring that global energy and sustainability standards are applied throughout owned, leased, and managed properties
• Improving and updating annual Energy Management Plan and initiatives and reports on performance
• Identifying and implementing energy projects, cost saving strategies and budgeting for utilities

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• Five years of related experience and/or training
• Training and accreditation part of development and performance management requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
