Job Summary
A sustainability company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Energy Retail Account Services Analyst II in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer support and maintain communication with the customer care team on all post deal transactions
- Research, verify and confirm all incoming de-energized meters in order to perform tasks to capture transactions in RETAIL systems
- Assist customers in understanding modifications and changes to pricing or existing agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 2 years of energy or customer service experience dealing
- Experience with sales staff and end-use customers to support agreed-upon products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Siebel, and company database portals
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems of record to research customer records
- Able to dandle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
