Job Summary
An energy efficiency solutions company has an open position for a Remote Energy Solutions Sales Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and improving sales processes and sales supports from internal teams to improve sales productivity, win rates, and cycle times
- Leading sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets
- Developing data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline management
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3+ years in a Sales Operations role (or business analytics), leveraging process data, customer and team feedback
- Project management expertise and process improvement mindset
- Experience with CRM and business management tools
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent relationship and negotiations skills with internal and external stakeholders
