Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Engagement and Wellbeing Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess needs and develop strategies and campaigns that promote retention and growth initiatives
- Develop, manage, and own a strategic business plan focused on enhancing the personal and professional lives
- Develop and deploy content, campaigns, collateral, and other materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to effectively build relationships, rapport, and high-level management of internal and external stakeholders
- Display a proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful strategies and assets
- Experience building or supporting an internal population health management strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing, sales, and client services
- 10+ years of experience in Workplace Wellbeing, Communications, Employee Benefits and/or Insurance space
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, or related field of study
