Job Summary

A nonprofit company that works to dramatically increase classroom teachers’ participation in important policy decisions about public education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement new member recruitment activities according to an annual plan developed by the Engagement Direct
  • Collect metrics to measure success of engagement program and provide that data on a regular basis for program improvement and performance management
  • Conduct outreach for Company's Idea Exchanges & other special projects as needed

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Community Organizing, Volunteer Management & Engagement Strategies
  • Strong familiarity of working with Excel and database management systems
  • Ability to work independently and be productive in a virtual office environment while understanding and reinforcing corporate culture will be required for success
  • Experience and knowledge in Education Policy & organizing
  • 4-year degree
