Job Summary
A nonprofit company that works to dramatically increase classroom teachers’ participation in important policy decisions about public education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implement new member recruitment activities according to an annual plan developed by the Engagement Direct
- Collect metrics to measure success of engagement program and provide that data on a regular basis for program improvement and performance management
- Conduct outreach for Company's Idea Exchanges & other special projects as needed
Required Skills:
- Experience in Community Organizing, Volunteer Management & Engagement Strategies
- Strong familiarity of working with Excel and database management systems
- Ability to work independently and be productive in a virtual office environment while understanding and reinforcing corporate culture will be required for success
- Experience and knowledge in Education Policy & organizing
- 4-year degree
