Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle
• Developing and creating project plans to help manage key deliverables, reporting on issues, project risks and project status
• Meeting with clients to assess and help form project goals, scope, timeline, and deliverables

Qualifications Include:

• Open to travel
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience managing customer relationships in the technology industry
• Relevant exposure to enterprise and SaaS systems project management and implementation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a keen sense of empathy and risk
• Tech-savvy, self-directed, patient, client-centric, results-oriented, and enthusiastic
