Remote Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A cybersecurity consulting firm is in need of a Remote Engagement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Building relationships with clients as measured by Net Promoter Score, ad hoc feedback, and successive contracts
• Delivering concurrent projects on time, within scope and on budget
• Conducting root cause analysis on troubled projects and proposing solutions back to relevant teams, such as Sales, Resource Management Office, and Delivery

Required Skills:

• When it becomes safe to travel for business, we anticipate this person traveling up to 20% of the time
• Minimum of five years of project management experience with IT related projects
• A PMP certification is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong understanding of the terminology and guidelines set forth in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
