Job Summary
A content delivery network and cloud service provider is filling a position for a Remote Engagement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be the senior central contact point for customers
- Lead the integrated account team
- Respond to escalations when various program management issues arise
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the consulting process
- Show experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects
- Have internet technology experience and/or experience with products and processes
- Have experience with streaming technologies
