Job Summary
An information technology consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accurately translating statements of work into an actionable project plan
- Coordinating and reporting on post-mortem reviews of engagements and any emergent problems after resolution
- Reviewing contractor invoices and ensure contractor hours match client billings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to handle many incoming tasks in an manageable, organized and prioritized fashion
- Experience working with Quickbooks
- You are a curious person, willing to ask questions and help us figure out how to improve our processes
