Job Summary
A content delivery network and cloud service provider is seeking a Remote Engagement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be a trusted advisor and own technical program management while maximizing the company's platform value for the customer
- Be the central contact point for the customer and cross-functional teams to encourage team and account growth
- Be a technical consultant, helping to achieve the customer's long-term vision for high-quality media and web experiences
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience with account management, customer success, or consulting services in a technical environment
- Experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers
- Basic understanding of development and web infrastructure operations
- Demonstrate knowledge of online streaming and video game platforms
