Job Summary

A content delivery network and cloud service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engagement Manager Carrier.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a technical consultant to achieve the customer's long-term vision
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline service delivery for customers and to ensure team success and efficiency
  • Ensuring delivery and improvements of industry leading technical consultancy and account management to create unparalleled customer loyalty

Required Skills:

  • Have relevant experience in Computing, Science or Engineering education fields
  • Have experience working in technical account management, customer success, or consulting services in a technical environment
  • Demonstrate experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully focusing on customer retention and growth
  • Knowledgeable on such technologies as HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development, Web Performance, and Information Security Technologies
