Job Summary
An HR software solutions and services company is seeking a Remote Engagement Manager II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing plans to achieve goals and resolve issues
- Driving platform migration projects for client upgrades
- Coordinating efforts of corporate resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel as needed, not expected to be more than 20%
- Engagement/Project management experience (preferably in a SaaS Software environment)
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
- College degree or relevant experience with applicable technical training
- Direct Customer interaction coordinating projects and resolving issues
