Job Summary

An HR software solutions and services company is seeking a Remote Engagement Manager II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing plans to achieve goals and resolve issues
  • Driving platform migration projects for client upgrades
  • Coordinating efforts of corporate resources

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel as needed, not expected to be more than 20%
  • Engagement/Project management experience (preferably in a SaaS Software environment)
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • College degree or relevant experience with applicable technical training
  • Direct Customer interaction coordinating projects and resolving issues
