Job Summary
An HR consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Engagement Platform Product Manager in McLean.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and managing delivery of periodic product updates and enhancements
- Implementing the product strategy and roadmap that supports business and operational needs
- Facilitating and conducting regular meetings with Product Management, Information Technology and Business Partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with any customer engagement platform
- Understand current and planned business offerings, programs, and processes
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products, services, infrastructure and operations of the Company
