Job Summary
A digital marketing agency has a current position open for a Remote Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing projects for multiple clients, reporting into an Engagement Partner
- Coordinating daily with internal teams and clients to ensure all timely and quality deliverables
- Managing client approvals, and maintains schedules to ensure timely execution of all projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or advertising preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing environment, preferably in ad agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project is preferred
- Capacity to distinguish priorities with jobs and clients and direct work/staff accordingly
- Ability to interface with all levels of management, fellow team members, and all internal clients with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to write detailed IT spec documents, enter and manage IT work tickets
