Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is in need of a Remote Engagement Strategy Senior Client Services Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with CSM/PS teams and clients to identify success criteria, while guiding a suite of Wellness products
- Using data and reporting to proactively create and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Providing best practice guidance to customers and other internal teams while solving issues related to configuration
