Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Team Lead/Player Coach - Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets defined expectations and sales goals
• Lead and inspire a team of Remote Engagement Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
• Manage personal HCP sales accounts while providing training and support to team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
• Pharmaceutical sales experience required; Team Lead experience preferred
• Specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Experience leading virtual sales teams is a strong plus
• Ability to work remotely while managing time effectively
